food

Our venue, the Raleigh Convention Center, unfortunately does not allow food or drink on their premises. However, there are numerous places to buy food in the area. We will provide attendees plenty of time to  eat food at the restaurants within walking distance.


refunds

Unfortunately, there are no refunds. However, you may transfer your ticket to another potential attendee or sponsor a Survivor who may not afford a ticket.


parking

Parking is available on the street or in the parking garage adjacent to the Raleigh Convention Center.
Rate: $3/hour, $12 Max

disabilities

For attendees with hearing impairment or those who have difficulty walking, please contact us one month before the event so we can prepare accommodations for you. We will always be honored to assist you in any way.


ages

Anyone is absolutely welcome, but it is not recommended for those under the age of 16 due to the content of our discussions. There is no childcare available.


online viewing

When you sign up for an online ticket you will receive an email inviting you to an exclusive Facebook group where the video will be live-streamed. These videos will remain available for viewing after the conference.
